Brenda Jean Vieyra, 65, passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County. She was a resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming for 48 years.
She was born on March 7, 1956 in Pocatello, Idaho, the daughter of George Probart and Betty Schlehuber.
Brenda attended schools in Pocatello and Rock Springs and worked as retail and customer service.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Brenda’s interests include attending garage sales, four-wheeler rides, baking at all hours of the day, loved to spend time with her grandkids and family.
Survivors include husband Curt Ward; son Jason Engle and wife Sarah Jackson; stepsons David Vieyra, Bobby Vieyra, Jeremiah Ward; daughters Angela White and husband Rodney, Jeana Vieyra, Harlan Greer; stepdaughters Karina Vieyra, Julie Vieyra; sisters Vicki Court Baker and husband Tommy, Karen Carlson and husband Ken; grandchildren Toni Jones and husband Holden, Brandon Jones, Adrian Vieyra, Kandice White, Elizabeth White, Gaige Olsen, Makiya Olsen and CJ, Payton Vieyra, Kegan Engle and Wife Autumn, Alexander Engle, Ariah Engle, and ten more grandchildren; great-grandchildren Averi Little, Kasen Cain; uncle Dick Swindell; Nieces and nephews Justin Martinez and wife Tandi, Kim Martinez, Nicole Osborn, Joel, Kristy Ouellette and husband Mike, April Trujillo; great nieces and nephews Shelby, Conner, Ellie, James, Mckenzie, Auston, Maycee, Kailee, Devin; as well as several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents George and Betty Probart, nieces Annette and Tiffanie, as well as several aunts, uncles, and a cousin.
Cremation will take place and Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 23, 2021 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints, 2055 Edgar Street, Rock Springs, WY.
