Floyd Maestas

Reliance - Floyd Maestas, 55, of Reliance passed away at his home Friday, August 3, 2018 after a short illness. He was born October 14, 1962 in Rock Springs, the son of Tomas and Laura Carrillo Maestas. Floyd graduated from Rock Springs High School with the class of 1982. He was a member of the Catholic Church. He enjoyed the great outdoors, hunting, fishing and working on cars. Survivors include his brothers Paul Maestas and wife Cindy of St. George, Utah and Lawrence Maestas and wife Patty of Onalaska, Wisconsin; sister Gloria Masters of Rock Springs. He was preceded in death by his parents Tomas and Laura Maestas, brothers; Danny, Arthur, David, Tomas Jr. and Patrick and sister Mary Ann. A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Victory Christian Fellowship at 591 Broadway St., Rock Springs. Pastor Brian Poad will officiate. Following the service, friends and family are welcome to a potluck luncheon at the church. Inurnment will take place in the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.
