Mary Patricia “Patti’ Nielsen Green River - Mary Patricia “Patti” Nielsen, 54, of Green River died Wednesday January 13, 2016 at her home suddenly. She was born September 20, 1961 in Sacramento, California, the daughter of Matthew Kuchinka and Goldean Addis Kuchinka. She attended schools in San Diego, California. She worked as a CNA for nursing homes for the past 30 years. Her interests were crocheting, crossword puzzles & other puzzles, listening to music and taking care of people. Survivors include her father Matthew Kuchinka of La Cruz, New Mexico; daughters Jessica Robertson of Flint, Michigan, Jasmine Blaisdell of Green River, and Jaclyn Robertson of Rock Springs; sister Pamela Rossi of La Cruz; grandchildren Kamari Lemons, Breyannah Ballard, Brennan Blaisdell, Braelynn Blaisdell, Destiny Jones, Bronson McMillan; niece Cassandra Rossi. She was preceded in death by her mother Goldean Kuchinka and son-in- law Patrick Blaisdell. Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, January 22, 2016 at Fox Funeral Home, 2800 Commercial Way, Rock Springs.
