Beatrice Roxanne “Roxy” Glon Green River - Beatrice Roxanne “Roxy” Glon, 50, of Green River passed away Thursday, Sept. 6, 2007 at her home after a four month battle with cancer. She was born March 7, 1957 in Oxnard, California, the daughter of Milton and Beverly Strathearn Riggs. She married Walter Glon in Rock Springs. Roxy was the owner of Cowboy Corner in Green River. Her interest were all animals, especially horses and foxes. She touched the hearts of many and will be missed by all. Survivors include her husband, Walter of Green River; two sons, Luke Vogal of Atlanta, Georgia, and Travis Vogal of California; two sisters, Candance Scott and Barbara Meradith, both of Greensboro, NC; three brothers, Jim Riggs of El Sequndo, CA, Rick Riggs of Cambria, CA, and Charles Riggs of Las Vegas, NV; four step-daughters, Jackie Woodward, Melissa Mascarenas and Kasey Enzminger of Denver, CO, and Terri Salcedo of Riverton, WY; 17 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Rod Riggs. Cremation has taken place at Fox Crematory, Rock Springs. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
