Zoe Jane Weaver

With broken hearts and immeasurable love, we share the birth and passing of our precious Zoe Jane Weaver, born on February 16, 2026 at 12:33pm.

Though Zoe’s time here was only three sacred hours, she was surrounded completely by love. She was held, cherished, and adored every moment of her life. Small but mighty, her tiny presence has left a forever imprint on our hearts.

Zoe Jane is the beloved daughter of Alycia Verley and Hazon Weaver of Lyman, Wyoming. She is deeply loved by her siblings, Kyndell Ann Smith, Hudsen Shane Weaver, and Jeremiah James Weaver, who will always know they have a baby sister watching over them.

She is cherished by her maternal grandparents, Rex and Janine Verley of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jacalynn Garcia of Las Vegas, Nevada; paternal grandparents Tamara Weaver of Mountain View, Wyoming; and James and Nikki Weaver of Thermpolis, Wyoming. She is also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members who will forever hold her in their hearts.

Our sweet girl may have been small, but her love is immeasurable. She will forever be our daughter, our granddaughter, our sister — our angel.

Small but mighty. Forever loved.

God Bless the NICU staff from University of Utah and Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County. Your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.

In keeping with the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a memorial service will follow at a later date.
